If I could pick no stars I would. I work right off the parkway so this store is on the way. EVERY time I go something is wrong with my order, I get over charged, I get the wrong item, my coffee is made terrible and not at all how I ordered it. Also, the staff is VERY unprofessional. Rude, standing around talking and not making coffee, cracking gum and seem like they can't be bothered. My entire office used to go there, now 3/4 of us go to McDonalds. I even called corporate to lodge a complaint. Store Manager was supposed to call me back and surprise, nothing! No call no email NOTHING! DON'T GO HERE, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF AND GET TERRIBLE COFFEE
The dirtiest DD I've ever seen. The customer service was fine, nothing wrong with that. But the filth was unbelievable. Fly's everywhere. The counter tops were in disarray and covered with crumbs and supplies. It showed no pride in the place.
Other than that... my coffee was PERFECT! And the donut of the month... AMAZING! My kids were running around and the staff was not bothered by it.
Quick service inside and drive thru... today... I decided to go inside... the only reason they do not get a 5 star review... IT WAS FREAKING HOT AS BALLS inside. I thought I was being cooked along with the donuts...
HOLY FREAKING DIRTY....I have never been in such a nastier Dunkin donuts ....the employees were wearing slides and not sneakers.... it was so unsanitary and I will never be returning to this location
Things were very fresh. The old guy ahead of me was being a jerk bcs he apparently didn't get his sammich. Oh well. Basic/average dd experience.
Will definitely be coming back to this DD... but most likely through the drive thru!
