The tech was having difficulty finding the oil filter... got some help... they still couldn't find it. When the owner saw this... he came over to me and assured me everything was ok. He called over another tech to help... offered me a tour of the facility (the kid in me was excited... he showed me the underground tanks, pumps, pit... it was pretty cool... but most important, it was very clean! I saw all of the underground working... something I wanted to do when I was a kid.
Had a great experience when it could've been a bad one.
People nice, Price good, Mechanic inexperienced was unable to lube a 2004 Yukon. When I asked if he greased vehicle he did two places. Took vehicle home and did myself. Vehicle has 10 places to be greased.
Will definitely go back again.
