We have come here for 15 years. Many hairstylists have come and gone. The service never fails.
Jackie, the manager in this location has horrible customer service skills. called in for a cut 45 minutes in advance, 1 person was ahead of me at time of call. I got there on time as directed and when i walked in the door 2 more people were ahead of me and waited over 30 minutes and still wasn't in a chair. on my way out Jackie had no apology's, no excuses, just a whatever attitude. I will never go and never recommend anyone to go to this location for a cut. The haircuts in this location has been nothing better than average over the last few months.
