Took me right at my appointment time, staff very nice and took care of my issue promptly.
Had an appointment went in very quick. From the Security Officer who was very professional and helpful in directing everyone to the office worker who processed my case the experience was excellent. I huge turn around from days of old.
I have been calling for days to make an appointment for my brother, but no success. I was on hold for about 1 1/2 hours, finally hang up. I am calling Neptune's office by the way. Inefficient business operation I must say.
