USED to be a great local place for great pizza. That was years ago. Since changing management, service has plummeted. Twice now I've ordered pizza relatively late (30 mins to closing) and the order took an hour and a half to be delivered and was cold when it arrived. The staff aren't necessarily rude but definitely have a "whatever" attitude. On top of that the customer is charged extra fees built into the cost of the order AND expected to tip?! "Whatever" is right. That's EXACTLY the kind of tip you get now from me and you're lucky to get anything. The drive was nice enough (Same guy both times) but he gave the same lie/excuse "oh we're so busy tonight" ... yea right. This time, no tip and I left a note "Late, cold and very dry pizza".

Total jerkoff on the phone. Tried to say they couldnt make a bacon ranch pizza then claimed they dont deliver past 11 and hung up. Loser
