Brought my Infiniti G35 in for a suspension issue. I worked with Bob and Jerry who are very helpful and customer service orientated. They showed me exactly what was wrong and fixed it quickly. Quality of work was perfect and the price was good.
I remember one time my hubcap was coming off and they put it back on for free. Routine maintenance for my 2003 Toyota Corolla is around $50 and they also offer lots of discounts and coupons throughout the year. Yesterday I took advantage of a winter special coupon where they performed an oil filter lube service, checked the charging system, front and rear brakes, and replaced my windshield wiper blades for $100. I can't ask for anything more.
I highly recommend Alternative Car Care. They are friendly and accommodating but more importantly HONEST. I will never hesitate to bring my vehicle to Alternative Car Care at any time. I cannot rave about these guys enough. I have twice brought cars in and both times received professional, kind, attentive service. They are upfront, honest, and patiently tell you everything going on with your vehicle, which is amazing for someone like me, who knows next to nothing about cars. In an industry consumers tend to mistrust and begrudge going to, Alternative Car Care is a breath of fresh air unlike most other auto repair shops. I mostly dealt with Bill, who exemplifies everything I've said here, but everyone I've spoken to or interacted with there is just as wonderful. They have made a customer for life (along with anyone else I can tell). Highly, highly recommend.
I love love love this place. My dad swore by them. I like to say they're the family doctor for our car babies. Bill and the staff are the nicest people; they really take their time to get to know you so it feels personal and it's like they treat your car like they'd treat their own.
