My car died out of the blue, knew it was the alternator, and needed it fixed fast. Brought it to Rays. I was expecting 900 bucks and a long time. Took 2 hours and 200 bucks, they had me on the road that fast. Everyone was super nice and called me hourly. Shout out to Jamie, thanks again!

I have been going to Ray's for many years. They do quality work at reasonable prices. They have helped me out of some very tight jams! I send all my friends here. Haven't lost a friend yet!
They really know their stuff. Knowledgeable and reliable and do excellent work.
I was charged $48 for them to just look at my car, not fix or adjust anything. They think they found my problem but aren't certain. The parts and total cost quoted to fix this are more expensive than what I'm finding elsewhere online. Everyone there I spoke with is really nice tough.
Going to Ray's was the worst decision involving cars I've ever made. The people are friendly but I wasted so much money there. I had to return to replace a defective part they put in. I didn't get charged for the part since it was under warranty but I had to pay for the installation yet again. The same part failed again 6 months later and I had to go to another mechanic to replace it saying "This never should have been replaced with the same piece of crap" Never again!
