This gym has changed my life. The workouts are challenging, and ever changing to keep you from getting bored. I have gotten into the best shape of my life and learned how to eat clean. The trainers are the most caring people I have ever met. They listen to you and help you achieve your goals. They inspire you and push you to do more that you thought you were capable of. This place is amazing!! It is a gym that advocates togetherness of all the members. After a few years of emotional and physical setbacks Eze Fit helped me regain my self confidence and helped me increase my strength and mobility. The trainers take the time to get to know all the clients individually and help the clients obtain their personal goals. Everyone at this gym helps and supports each other as they work on improving themselves. Every exercise can be modified by the trainers due to each person's needs. Not only has EZEfitness changed my life physically but also my eating pattern and sleep and improved my working life too. The Trainers are very friendly, most helpful and just always there to give advise, nothing is too much trouble for them, from modifying a workout station.
Eze Fitness is the best gym in Monmouth County! I joined Eze fitness last year in March and I immediately became addicted. I loved the trainers and the workouts that are created to push you to your limits but are also modified if needed. Eze fitness brought out confidence in me that I never knew I had. This is by far the best gym I have been to. Jemand and Jon are very hands on and supportive, giving not only guidance and coaching but also nutrition advice. I was an athlete in high school and college and have been wanting to get back into that shape for the past 5 years. I feel like I can finally get there with Eze Fitness. I've tried many other gyms and workout programs and nothing works like this program. Definitely try it, you won't be disappointed :)
