Gave them my written notice that I wanted to cancel my membership and am still getting charged. Called abc financial and they stated my membership was never cancelled. I called and spoke with the manager and he took care of it immediately. Not sure what happened but I appreciate them taking care of it for me.
I went to this gym one time, see previous one star post. As of recently they have stolen my membership and have me registered as a regular sign in at their gym. I can no longer use my pass as a convienence to purchase drinks and smoothies at my gym in NY I attend daily. I called the manager who told me it's a glitch which is a complete lie. Some winners over here at Neptune retro. He must be the boyfriend of the African American girl that was VERY rude the one time I went to the gym. SAD
Loved getting my pump on. Never had any issues during my tenure. Excellent definition in my calves.
Worst gym in the history of workouts. Horrible customer service, fees regardless of whether or not the blame is on them (refusal to waive said fees), terrible cancellation process. Customer service is incredibly lacking.
Hate this gym, it's more expensive then the regular gym and gets nothing more. You have to write them a letter and send it in the mail to cancel you membership for you will continue to get charged. Not worth the 25 dollars a month.Please do me a favor and go somewhere else. Also the service is terrible because all they want to do is relax unless they are trainer. I will never return.I don't write reviews but I felt the need too.
