We almost always have other family members book rooms, too but this experience will be the deciding factor to stay elsewhere - for all of us. There are many options in the area, just as close to our destination.
First time staying here and can honestly say that I would stay here again. It's a great location with lots of parking. Rooms were spacious and clean. Could be a little more updated but can't beat the price. The outside could definitely use a little TLC but it's not the end of the world. Would definitely recommend staying here if youre not looking to spend a whole lot and still be close to everything.
Love the new renovations... fridge didn't work and they asked to upgrade! Also Madeline in the front desk is an amazing person! Thank you for easy booking!
We explained the situation to the clerk on duty (her name begins with an M), and various times via telephone up until 12/20/2017, as we needed to book another room - the motel was not willing to refund or credit anything for the missed booking due to their site functions.
Beds ARE NO GOOD. Don't plan on sleeping. The new photos either the upgraded rooms looked nice. Floors are not wood, it is bumpy vinyl that looks like wood. All work is a shoddy cover up. Was a big let down. The price is good and so is the location. It is close to everything. But not worth it if you cannot sleep. Noisy too.
Be careful and check your reservation, before it's too late.
The rooms were clean but it's a drug hot spot. The clerk was m.i.a. g r about an hour so I couldn't check in. A cop pulled up behind my husband and I "pulling us over" running our licenses and questioning why we were there. Last time I'm ever allowed to book the room for a kid free night. Also will never live that story down.
Staying with family during the Thanksgiving holiday, we made reservations in Neptune on November 12, thinking we were reserving for the 24th. After bouncing around the motels booking site, and to the day selection page, the day kept resetting to the current day, but it went unnoticed - until the day we showed up at the motel. Being on-the-spot, we had no choice but to pay for a room, again.
