Great place to rest your head. Guest services are friendly. Housekeeping staff are great.
Extremely clean. Always get extra pillows, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great, but selection. And I even like their coffee.. Love these hotels.
Yes I stayed here nov23 2017. It was wonderful until the next day the house keeping came at 9am 1030 and at 1115am rushing me to leave woke me up twice check out is 12pm lord Jesus so disappointing!! I was pissed off for that reason I will not be back that's a shame I like the place
I was visiting the area and stayed at the Holiday Inn in Neptune. The staff was great, the rooms were clean and the indoor pool was very nice. I would be happy to stay there again
Had a non-smoking room with a king size bed. It was nice and served it's purpose, but it smelled like cigarettes when we first entered and if we would keep the bathroom vent off for a bit. Also, there's usually a binder that would have room/hotel info and I couldn't find it anywhere. Asked the front desk about it and they said they didn't have one which I found unusual.
