Plenty of waiting room space. Once I got into the exam rooms things progressed smoothly. They have their act together. Patients use office tablets to fill out forms if they hadn't done that online. Very friendly staff, clearly explaining findings and answering questions. Highly recommended!

Dr. Houston is awesome, he is very professional and explains everything clearly. You can tell he excels in his profession and he truly cares. Three of my youngest children have had procedures done by him with excellent results! I'm always confident with Dr. Houston he knows his stuff and it shows. The office staff is great too. I always recommend Coastal ENT.
He diagnosed an ear infection and gave us some options for treatment. He did not force oral antibiotics at us (which are so over prescribed IMO) but rather gave us local ear drops to try first.
LOVED my visit with Dr. Roche at the Neptune office. I had to bring my toddler in for an exam and I am so glad that I chose this practice. The office is immaculate, updated and the front desk staff in very friendly. They had a large waiting area and than a completely separate childrens waiting room that was spotless and had toys and books to entertain my little one. Our visit with Dr. Roche was perfect. His calming, soft toned nature immediately put my daughter at ease. His examination of her ears, nose and back of her throat was done with such gentle care.
Very friendly office staff and doctors! Check-in completed online and just a quick review at front desk upon arrival. Wait time was acceptable in waiting room and while waiting for doctor in private room! Highly recommended!
Dr. Houston is thoughtful, smart and does a great job of explaining the situation to me as a patient. He makes sure I fully understand my condition/treatment plan before he let's me leave the office. I truly appreciate the way he approaches patient care.
