Dr Houston's staff is incompetent. They cancel appointments without calling the patient because the dr overbooked. Dr Houston does not care if the patient is suffering. They are very rude! I don't recommend this office to anyone. They are not accommodating and made for a terrible experience. They do not care about the patients well being. They don't care about insurance either. Don't go here!!
Excellent experience at the office. Was treated very kindly and he helped me solve my medical issue and checked in on me afterward as well. I have had family see him as well and they are very pleased. High recommend!
Very disappointed in my experience. First of all this man is not personable whatsoever. Never introduced himself when he came in , just walked in and sat down at the computer like I wasn't even in the room. I have had sever ear problems which he then told me "my ear was a tad red but not clogged". I decided a second opinion was needed and went to see my primary care doctor the next day. Lo and behold, I have severely clogged ears which she was able to cure with a decongestant. I spent 2 hours waiting to see this "ear specialist" for him to tell me nothing was wrong, and within 30 minutes of visiting my primary care doctor, was diagnosed and I feel 100% better. I hope you consider this before seeing this man, you will be wasting your time if you do
No bed side manner & rude. He talked to me like I was dumb. He started sticking medical instruments in my ears and nose without telling me what he was doing. Go see a different doctor
This is the best doctors office I have ever been to. Dr. Houston he is a very cool guy, he even does the Spartan races he told me. He and his staff are completely aware of what they are doing, if someone has an ear, nose, or throat problem I would recommend them to go to this amazing doctors office!
